Speaking Skills


1 We associate comfort foods with our childhood.


It is true because each time in that we felt bad, sick or angry, our mother gave us to eat something delicious to feel better. Here there is no solution, none that I considered, but it would be best that the mothers understand that both consent to their children when they are sad they can bring problems such as obesity or suffer from other diseases.

2 We don't have an active lifestyle today


Now do not exercise because it gives us time in our busy lives but now that we are the first in childhood obesity but we are concerned about eating healthy and now there is no excuse for not exercising because there are workouts that last only 30 minutes. We can also exercise with actions as simple as walking, climbing stairs, skating or biking. It's just a matter of us forget laziness.


3 People often eat garbage today


People are so busy now that he does not care about eating healthy. At work or school there is very little free time so we have to eat very fast to give us time to do everything. That's why there are now fast food establishments such as McDonald's or Burger King but eating just hamburgers is very bad for your health!My mother for example is aware that it is not good to eat fast food all the time and why the night, she makes healthy balanced meal so that we can eat the next day without trouble.


4 The government should do something to stop children from eating junk food.


The government is already starting campaigns to avoid selling junk in schools or on the streets but I think it's too late because all the children got used to not eating at home because they know that the school may eat what they like the most . I think this problem must be solved at home. Instead of giving children money to buy junk would be better to send them to school with a nutritious, balanced lunch.


5 The food industry should cut down on fat and salt in food.


I think is not necessary because we need those fats and salts in the food in our bodies because without them we could get sick. Besides food without fat and salt so we do not like the solution would be visiting a nutritionist to tell us that portions of each food consumed but without being hungry.
